I mean Charlie wrote one of the most emotional hit of all time ( See you again) but the melody on this one is just INSANE. It gets me so freaking deep in my feels. It's like a nostalgia of a situation I've never been dealing with.

I think his voice was a little shaky because of how it always takes him back to that phase. Anyway, I cannot express how much lucky this universe is to have a musician like Charlie Puth. He literally knows how to channel his grief and it has always done good to mankind.

I totally agree! But I also feel as if his voice was shaky because he was singing in a fairly low falsetto. I could be wrong (it may just be me with a shaky falsetto) but that’s kinda how it sounds.

when somebody calls you and you can tell that they want something, this hits deep and funny Charlie chosen to tell that to all those people in here how he feels about it, lol. I LOVE HIM SM. I love how he talks about not only the importance and meaning of the song but also the tecnical parts of it. Also, its great how he started talking about things other artists do that inspired him before talking about the song itself.

I love how Charlie always put so much emotion into this songs from true experiences, especially if it’s from a very difficult and heavy one like this. It’s just another reason that shows how much of an amazing artist he truly is. He inspires me to do the same when I write songs. We’re proud of you Charlie!! 💚

These songs for the new album and their messages I feel have never connected with audiences like ever before. Charlie really understands how to reel the listener in so well with his infectious melodies and using common everyday sentences into his songs which grounds his relate-ability. While I agree this song sorely missed a bridge, that's just the beauty of That's Hilarious where it keeps making you want to go through that roller-coaster of a journey again and again and again. Highly relatable to my own circumstances I faced a few years ago so I easily gravitated towards this song, favourite of the new album so far but I think the other ones like Loser and Smells Like Me are really going to elevate this third album when we hear em' in full!

With such incredible talent as his, he’s still very underrated! He wrote, produced, and sang his own music. With his latest album CHARLIE (released a week ago, Oct 7), he did everything by himself.
