Can't explain how much I adore this track. Kinda feels like a fresh vibe for her, bc even if this still has bits of her more recent hyperpop style in the production, it's a lot more laid back and it's like she took that and combined it with the energy and infectiousness of Sucker, esp w/ the vocals. Always had big soft spot for Sucker and I've always wished she built on that vibe more, and this is exactly what I imagined that would be like, if Sucker's energy were mixed with her recent output.

@@popeyes_chicken_n_bitches I have listened to all of her records. That's what I meant when I said that the sound/production is reminiscent of her newer albums. What I was getting at is that the vocal delivery and the overall energy of this track is straight out of Sucker. Basically that style of vocals combined with her newer sound makes this feel very fresh. Especially because we haven't heard something reminiscent of Sucker in a while, and this feels like what a progression on that vibe would sound like. Think Sucker's energy with HIFN production.

Literally all music ever made is a combination of certain influences and vibes that are pre-existing, so by your logic, nothing is ever fresh, yeah?
