One thing is for sure: he didn’t want to put an anti-thermaslackafrabfabsabaflobdobs-and-all-that-kinda-stuff on his forehead.
He is absolutely 100% correct that the swastika had been used LONG before the 3rd Reich. It's still used in many cultures today, including native American cultures
Being crazy doesn't mean being stupid
If you didn’t understand what he was saying it’s ok, but he is completely coherent. The babahabahfras or whatever was just banter, and he’s right the swastika wasn’t always a German genocide reminder/insignia, the Hindus used it, Australians used it and for some reason Manson used it. He denies it’s German and fr I believe him. Bro barely lied in his case he didn’t hands on kill anybody
the term "swastika" is Sanskrit and literally means 'good fortune' ⛲
"the news papers gave you that"
The swastika is an old Indo-European pagan religious symbol, possibly representing the sun. It's still used by Hindus today--who are one of the descendants of these people.
He's not a lunatic, at least not in the way he seems to want people to believe. This interview doesn't really showcase it but he takes great pleasure out of convincing other people that he's just a madman. He's one of the most manipulative and calculating people on the planet, he gains power in prison off the fact that his name carries so much weight and he is deemed to be insane (which he is not). He's a narcissist, and a sociopath, but is certainly not insane. lunatic is quite a broad term which does cover some of the things I mentioned, but a lot of people fall into the trap of falling for his manipulation and this comment section shows both sides of that. people are either drawn towards him, or completely terrified of him, where in reality he's nothing to admire or fear. people gave their lives to his cause and there's no greater power a person can hold than that.
Its wild to hear him speak because the man they painted for us to see isn't the man that sits before me.
Manson was a borderline genius - which is how he was able to convince so many weak minds to follow him.
imagine watching this randomly and not knowing who this guy is...
You can make a symbol anything you want it to mean, but it still will be memorized as whatever controversy it holds most
This man was allowed to get out of jail even tho they knew he would commit crimes don’t look him up without looking up the CIA
lmao when manson is deeper than 99% of this country now
i cant understand why people say hes incoherent or crazy, you can completely tell what hes saying and his reasoning's behind it he just talks abstractly and assumes you know what he knows and if you don't know hes not there to be a teacher
Just because you call someone "crazy" doesn't mean they're wrong.....
Where is this whole interview!? I thought I'd seen everything Manson until I found this! Thanks!
This should be called Manson doesn't explain his swastika
Hard to watch what the CIAs lucy did to this man. Not saying he was a good or normal man before, but goddamn did they fry his brain
We are all so lost...
