    After listening to the first couple pods with Charles I bought his book and got my uncle a copy. He reminds me a lot of my uncle who got me into hunting. Them ol boys are wild. Hunting was different back in the day from what I hear. 😂

    I Beleive ol' roy is camera shy. Y'all shouldhave broke out a little crown.i Beleive he would've opened up. I can tell Charlie and Roy are pretty tight. Charlie is a true hunter. Ain't many like him. I am. I just ain't ever showed or told my stories. Charlie is a dying breed.i would like to spend time talking with him. And Roy.

    So poaching is cool if it happened a long time ago? Why are people so impressed by the "success" of poachers? I wonder how many of those animals on display were taken legally...

    There wasn’t much big money in hunting back then. It was not as serious as it is now. People are more impressed with the fact that he would go for days at a time actually hunting and sleeping on the ground instead of slinging corn out on the road as the truck drives off from dropping your ass off in an insulated shooting house. Why are people so impressed with the way people hunt now? It’s just a matter of who has the most money now. Shooting cattle basically. Think what you want but he is a real hunter and outdoorsman.
