I don't watch the NBA anymore. I refuse to keep track of free agency, and I couldn't tell you 1/4 of NBA Coaches. Players run the league now and I can't be 100% that games aren't fixed.

Chuck is the man, straight up. He needs to be on TV until he's ready to be done.

Won't say anything negative about anyone at TNT because I don't know any of them personally "BUT" Chuck , Shaq, Ernie and Kenny are the best thing that's ever happened to them! If they go, TNT will NEVER be watched in this house again!

The NBA/Adam Silver are most to blame for this. By not addressing and taking a hard stance against regular season load management of star players on national TV (TNT) spotlights, it caused the ratings for the actual games on this network to dip, because close to no one is going to watch lesser talent players perform. So I understand why TNT is not throwing everything they have to keep NBA coverage.

Inside the nba needs to be its own entity and licensed to whomever

Absolutely love Charles and all of them on Inside the NBA, but working in the TV industry myself, you have to know that no one is ever guaranteed a job and no show lasts forever. It's a freelance business and even the best shows on TV end. It's sad, I'm disappointed, but everyone on that show had a long run and I'm sure made a good living.

Dan and Charles are in my top 5 all time FAVORITE and BEST announcers I have ever worked with because they are sincere, honest and hilarious. Candor is worth so much more than bean counters realize. Inside the NBA is TV magic with wonderful chemistry, and arguably the consistently BEST NBA studio show on TV. I hope Charles and team can find a way to save it despite the foolish greed of Warner brass.

Didn't TBS had Saturday college football 18 years ago? The former Turner Sports also recently screwed the pooch with the UEFA Champions League that ultimately led to it leaving for CBS after a season and a half!

Barkley was an absolute beast in the post... you would have thought he was 6'10, because he played big. He has all the credibility to talk...hate the show is ending.

Mr Barkley should contact Conan O’Brien. He did a similar thing for his crew until he secured a new contract.

Warner Brothers Discovery has been cutting costs since the merger and NBC/Comcast, Disney, and Amazon have money to throw at whatever they want. It's really not that complicated. The college football deal sounds like a deal with ESPN to get some games and not a deal with any conference or school. I was hoping that Amazon would just snatch up the cast and crew of Inside the NBA for their studio show. Ernie could still stay with Turner Sports and just moonlight with Amazon. Kirk Herbstreit and other presenters from Amazon's Thursday Night Football show have other full time jobs with other networks so it's not like Amazon wouldn't let Ernie keep his job with Turner.

It's literally the only show that I i watch on TNT, and the only time I tune into the channel is when Inside is on. Even if i have no interest in the game, I'll watch Inside.

Tv ratings aren’t what they use to be except for live sports. NBA ratings are lower but not more than the rest of TV shows.

How long has this pre & post game show been on the air? I remember when ABC, CBS, & NBC had the NBA contract. TNT didn't invent NBA coverage, so I won't miss them, too much NBA is on cable.

Inside the NBA has been around since 1989 but the current cast since 2011

Luka , Bogdan and Bojan danovics, Zubac, Jokic, Vucevic, Micic, Marijanovic, just right now from ex Yugoslavia, plus Canada Barret , Brooks, Murray, Wiggins Shai and Greek brothers Giannis Antetokounmpo, French guys, Gober, Wembanyama, Rupert, Joel Embiid , Towns etc

College football is bigger than the NBA. TNT made the right decision

It's so interesting how popular Barkley and Inside The NBA is at this point. While I would concede, it's annentertaining show, the basketball analysis portion is weak and often inaccurate (Kenny being the only consistent Commentator).... Shaq and Charles personalities are tune-in worthy but when they get to making in-game predictions, it's time to turn the channel😮

TNT admitted the NBA is headed the wrong direction, especially once LeBron retires. College football draws a bigger crowd than the NBA anyway. Can’t blame TNT for moving on.

Nobody is going to be honest with Chuck and tell them that they don’t actually have the backing from the commissioner. Who would want to hire Shaq who bashes the modern NBA and every big man he possible can on every show.
