I think the old days of picking up an abundance of retro goodness from charity shops is long behind us now. It was good while it lasted though. You can find the odd gem now and then, but it’s 99% misses nowadays - I know a lot sell online nowadays, so Oxfam etc. are always going to be a bust nowadays. I reckon if you factor in fuel costs etc. with modern day charity shop hunting unless you’re doing clothes, books, dvd’s etc. from there to recoup the costs, it’s cheaper to save up and grab the titles you want online or travel to an independent retro game store to pick up some deals. CEX is our last bastion really left on the major high streets to get the odd decent deal - a shame. Being a child of the 80s and 90s it’s sad to have seen so many great gaming places close their doors. Support the independents as much as you can I say - let’s keep retro alive!

That kebab looked amazing mate!!!! A relief that it was fully consumed haha. I need to grab more Guitar Hero games such as Aerosmith! The Wii versions are def the best from a hardware perspective. The super sidekick series are amazing - all fairly similar in my opinion but awesome pick up and plays. Chat soon!

Hey OG, just like always, very nice vlog indeed 😎 Just checked out the review on that hunted demons force game after this vlog, cos co-op was mentioned and it didn't get the greatest review, but for co-op i'm gonna get that game also to play with my little bro in splitscreen 👍 I have Eric for my next watch in netflix actually 👍Just finished watching mini series on netflix called: A man in full, starring Jeff Daniels.. Just downloaded Gameye myself and logged my little startup collection on there so thanks for the heads up. I just started collecting in March so it's still a small one for now. Added Folklore over the birthday weekend as I found it in the wild and it's now my rarest game. God of War collection continues to avoid me 😂 Jealous of that kebab mind, looked delish. Funnily enough that Bira Moretti is one I'm wanting to try but I'm off the beers for a wee while, we've got a baby girl due in a few weeks so best give it a rest for now. Jeez you even had England playing in St. Mirren strips for me🤣 Turkish restaurant looked class, we have one in Glasgow called Efes that's meant to be excellent. Will be checking that out soon enough! Might have mentioned recently, and previously; me too, I'm using that Game Eye App: perhaps it could be a slippery slope, i now visit CEX, and know what I DON'T have, this collecting habbit is suddenly far more active, and eating chunks out of my wallet! 😊. Previously no spend; might already own, no clue, now- Got to Get them All. Btw, Kebab meal looked fantastic. The iSS Deluxe for SNES, is a great soccer/ arcade type game, guaranteed easy to beat, after manipulating the opposition team, particularly settling the opponents goalie to the weakest skill option, and then briefly traveling vertically, near penalty box before shooting, a sure fire, Back of the Net!

I went to Paignton today to see my mate, he said all those 17 games you didn't buy any of are still up for sale, to which I replied none of them were ps2' s they were all Fiffa however I know this guy up in Kent I'm sure he would buy the lot and use them as stocking fillers for Xmas..so funny yet I could not resist. Anyway had a lovely day/night out got back just before 9 pm Cheers matey

Just started using the gameye. It's OK apart from now scanning everyone in. Good thing if you want to put your collection in Alphabetical order. The ap puts them in order if you select. So you can just follow that to put on the shelves. Good stuff mate. 🎮🕹👍

@@OGDuffy yeah I've put in nearly 200 ps3 games. Going to take months, as try to add at least 50 a day. 2,500 games to do. I've do all my systems now. About 50 ish.

Went to my local charity shop 40 games 50p each mix of PS4 Xbox 360 and ogxbox sold about 6 to cex for £17

When I visited the UK, I went to a Charity Shop called Age UK in Windermere and there were a pile of video game for sale. I bought one of them and the owner told me that the video games not only came from the one donor but also there were even more prior to me entering the charity shop. The video game is called Puzzler World 2011 DS and was I purchased it for £2.

Lounge @gatwick...£20..did free 60 quid @ least in drinks...8 cans on plane...got to route 66 around 10pm and left 3am. . Rinse and repeat for 4 more nights ..I was in the Tiny Bar when u messaged which was strange coincidence ... 🍺... 😎...spent quite a few evenings in the Drunken monkey...tried to get u a tee shirt but the owner couldn't get XL size (no offence)...21 of us in curry house opposite to the right across the road... decent. Good memories...no lap dancing clubs which was 💩. All the best... Pete 🍺🍺🍺

Hi Laurie will ask my company insurance broker about this but seem to recall it would not be cheap as specialist insurance if I recall 🤔

Great video mate. Just be careful with that game app though, I uploaded about 50 games and got a new phone a few weeks later and I didn't let me export them over.
