As a Bolt fan, despite going 5-12 with an all-star talented roster. We all of a sudden are a playoff team with half the talent. 😂 And yes, I love to downplay us because every year for my entire 43-year life, we hear the same thing. Do I think it's different now ? Absolutely ! Am I trained as a vet bolt fan to hate the hype ? Absolutely 😂 ⚡️🆙️

half the talent? the roster as a whole is a better with better depth. It's better than having a top heavy talented team and if they get hurt then they have no other option. Even the players themselves have said theres a huge difference from the previous coaches and Harbaugh. The details matter.

This Chargers team is easily a double digit win team with Harbaugh. I’m taking the OVER on 9 wins all day.

7:06: For me, the only thing that matters is the guarantees. Who cares if its $60M a year or $40M a year. The guarantees are the real differences in these contracts.

Wide receivers are easily replaceable through the draft. Trade Lamb, sign Dak to a 5 years $300 million deal, sign Parsons.

Why should they do this insanity? Dak isn't by worth that money... I say it again they should accept finaly 1 or 2 lost seasons and start rebuild. But I'm sure they will try to drag that out until it is to late and it will cost them 3 to 4 seasons to be a mediocre team again..signing Parsons sound good. But it is hard to finde a talent like Lamb again. How many outstanding WRs does the NFL have ? Hill, Chase, Jefferson, Lamb, sometimes Evans, Nakua, may be still old Kupp ? And you want to let him him away to keep that bad QB ??

The Cowboys can’t tag Dak even if they wanted too. It’s in his contract. No tags.

CeeDee is not gonna garner a Hershel Walker deal are you kidding me. Parsons would be the one to garner that kind of interest

I can see the Chargers winning 11-12 games under Harbaugh's tutelage. Their young WR corps has more talent than people realize, Herbert has not reached his full potential, their OL should be excellent and they've got some good pieces on defense, with James at safety and a deep corps of pass rushers.

Herbert’s passer rating has degraded every year, he has gotten 3 HCs fired, he has a losing record in his career. The best way to describe Herbert is this - old and washed up Phillip Rivers went 11-5. Herbert took over the next year with the same core group of guys and went 8-8. And that was his best statistical year!!

Players can get their leg broke, knee tore shoulder messed up. Coaches.. unless half the leauge will hire you as HC asap after let go, do your job. If he made it to a Super Bowl or even conference championship he would've been extended discussion over before it started. No coach wants to do that.. yea sure. But coaches on the hot seat/even close with a year on their contract don't lobby for extensions

@@jnmc-vx4fw is lamb great or is he heavily targeted? I think he’s a solid wideout but is he top 5? Also if they do that they’re going into rebuild mode immediately. Cooper rush is a solid back up but he’s not a full time starter for a reason. You can try and develop Trey lance but that’s not a sure thing. Honestly cowboys just have to be honest with whatever outcome they’re comfortable with. Let dak walk and you’re looking at rebuilding no matter what. Keep him and you probably winning 11 games a season

@@JWill-xc1cr rebuild is the answer. Purdy is not the best qb, but , surrounded by talented players he manages the game . So good that his been in 1 Super Bowl and 2 championships since being the starter. The answer is Rush . He was very good when he played , develop him and give him a chance . Troy went 1-15 his first year , he got help and confidence. With Dak he’s proven he can’t go to the next level like most QB. He can’t handle the pressure of big games. His 3 and out , keeps the D out on the field getting tired . Don’t pay Dak, take the hit and rebuild. At least there would be hope.
