It explains (indirect and direct) cooking methods on a charcoal BBQ. You use indirect when you want to cook a whole chicken or some other joint of meat. It shows how to set up your BBQ, what charcoal I use and why. It talks about how to use woodchips to get smoked flavour on your food and also includes a great vegetarian recipe. Hi Sylvio and thank you for watching my video. The charcoal should be put in and lit about 40 minutes before beginning to cook, to temper the coals. To control the heat on a charcoal grill you need to create heat zones.
