At first watching Dr. Azevedo's videos was just to study for my exams. Now that I'm already done with the class, I'm still watching his videos on other topics that my class didn't cover just to learn, because he's such a great teacher!

You're welcome! If you are asking whether a decrease in the tax on saving (a decrease in the capital gains tax) will increase the supply of loanable funds.....yes, it will.
