Both are Same Presiding officer Means Judge or Magistrate in Simple terms.

Sub section 5 me ye provision nhi hai ki vo metropolitan area hi na rhe - eesa nhi hai. Bas Us area ki limits me alteration ho raha hai and alteration se inquiry,trail or appeal affect nhi hongi.

correct yourself. UP doesn't have 75 Session Court. For example: There is a Common Session court for RaeBareli and Amethi Districts of Uttar Pradesh. Also Jalaun District and Orai District of UP share the same Session Court.
