My youngest sister is named Angela Dawn. Angela because Mama said an Angel brought her to us and Dawn because Mama's favorite song was Delta Dawn. All this exposure sells their merchandise/cd's, tours and most of all it gets their music down loaded!! = big money and future music and tours.. TV shows?? They have the goods to have music variety/comedy show.. They have style! they are very genuine! and all of them are beautiful!

Actually, Alex Harvey wrote it and recorded it first, in 1971. Then Bette Midler also recorded it in 1971. Tanya's producer at the time, Billy Sherrill heard Bette sing it on the Tonight Show, and decided that would be Tanya's 1st song, recorded in 1972. Then Helen Reddy recorded it in 1973. The song was a Hit for both Tanya and Helen in their own genre. Both versions are great!

Actually, Alex Harvey wrote it and recorded it first, in 1971. Then Bette Midler also recorded it in 1971. Tanya's producer at the time, Billy Sherrill heard Bette sing it on the Tonight Show, and decided that would be Tanya's 1st song, recorded in 1972. Then Helen Reddy recorded it in 1973. The song was a Hit for both Tanya and Helen in their own genre. Both versions are great!
