Using a sound spectrum analyzer I notice that there is a peak harmony at every 100 hz with AUM sound. i.e. 100, 200, 300, 400, etc...

Sadhguru is very clever. Instead of saying OM directly he breaks it down to three basic sounds. We don't want this secret to go out of Hinduism. But Sadhguru does his best to spread this to the entire humanity. Hope he didn't forget that we are still in Kaliyuga 😂.

@@sav3nad True, AUM already had reached The Netherlands a very longggggg time ago, and long before i even knew and heard of Sadghuru ❤ I have a gold pendant of the Aum sign, i’ve been wearing it day and night for 25 years now. The Aum sign is also on the rear window of my car. Recently a young postman asked about it, and he also showed his own newly tattooed Aum sign on his forearm. AUM is universal!

AUM is a mystical or sacred syllable in the Dharmic religions (including Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism and Sikhism). As a whole it stands for the experience of the infinite, the cosmic consciousness. Many religions believe that the creation of the universe started with a sound….. That is what Sadhguru is teaching us!

It is exactly in the dark age that we need more AUM chanting and more wisdom isn’t it? How else could we awake the divine within? Only when our divine within is awake could Kaliyuga be transformed to Golden Age?
Need help please. I can't get a big enough breath to prolong "AUM" sound. Will it still have the same benefit if i did one breath for "Aa" one for "Au" then one for "Mm"?

You have to do complete AUM in one breathe . If you are unable , take small breaths and complete reciting AUM in that breathe only . That means you can reduce your time span for Aa, Uu , Mm. But yaah do it in one breath .

For any practice , if you are initiated the best time will be brahmamahurta that means 3:40-5 am and if you are not initiated the best time is sandhyakala .
How about the sounds: Eeeeeeeeeeee Ooooooooooooo Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

Aaaa seems to involve vocal cords and tongue less than Eee or Iii. As you progress in the breath and close mouth, Aaaa naturally becomes U or O and finally Mmmmm
If there ate only idiots then why humans were created at all ?
Its not Aum but Om. In sanskrit A+ U is O. So it's Om.

If you start with Aaaaaa and progressively close your mouth as you run out of breath. You naturally make a U or O'ish sound finally ending in Mmmm. Whatever you call it, that is what it is. Aaaa seems to involve vocal cords and tongue less than other vowels like Eee or Iii.
Kya bokwas hai mantra has no meanings. Kuch bhi Every mantra has meaning and you saying it has been given meaning then guruji every word has been ✌️ GIVEN MEANING ✌️
