At last people seeing this case for what it is I think the vet is the same as nicola what have they both seen

I heard it was dry blood on her chin which is strange if she has been in water for 3 weeks.

Interesting , then there is Nicola's (dog) vet aquaintance , in her twenties found dead in London hotel room after asking for a room as near to front desk as poss when she checked into hotel. Found dead in room next day . Her practise in same village as NB . Access to well known horse sleepy meds used by ravers .

To be fair he looked a bit rough from his very first TV media appearance on the case . I remember thinking he was unshaven and looked a bit " heavy night before " type look and he needed to smarten up a bit . Perhaps the spiking had already started before NB case got going . hell hath and all that . I sensed his charicter as dark and the same for the long dark haired detective .Obviously I was wrong about that . Gotta feel for his wife and kids at that age , must have been an absolute shocker for them . RIP . Could be he had a bad hatius hernia ......very painfull at night .....hard to get a good nights sleep and I got one at that exact age . You have to sleep sitting up or you can choke on your own vomit whilst asleep . I had to have major surgery eventually cos I kept waking up drowning in my sleep . Pretty scary actually . But what you described of his illness matches up pretty well . Its considered minor by doctors at early stages but when it gets big ( the hernia ) you can drown yourself whilst asleep and thats when the NHS actually decide to do something ! I had to sleep in a chair alot for a couple of years and was so tired I felt suicidal ! All fixed now thanks to the surgery !
