Channel 4 interlude

From the www.transdiffusion.org/ archives...
Unsold advertising time in the northwest of England or the Equity/IPA strike or something similar - a lot of stuff bedevilled Channel 4's first couple of years - means no adverts during this edition of American sitcom 'Soap'. Instead we get soft music and some swans preening themselves.

A genuine '...after some music' moment, although fortunately not fifteen minutes in length!!

Of course today, Channel 4 has their own advertising unit called '4 Sales' (which also covers Box+, UKTV and BT Sport channels as well as their own channels), it is different back then.

Fantastic! Keep them coming. I reckon this must be early 84ish? Anyone know what the music is? I remember it well.
