Great explanations, that’s how you do pass on information about repairs, not like many others who just want to post a video of them selfs and their life story. Cheers 🍻 mate.

Great video mate. Stupid question but do I have to put a little oil in the oil filter cap once fitted or just start and let it do it’s own thing?

Hi. Just watched your video. Great video for explaining things. Mine has just gone as it’s making a noise and when you pull the dipstick out it stops and there’s a vacuum. So my question is please where did you purchase your oil filter housing from please ?

Ash, you really need some refrigerant gas in the air con... As it not only acts as a refrigerant to cool the air, but it also acts as a lubricant for the seals in the compressor... Left too long without gas, the seals dry out and go hard.. And then when it gets re-charged, it just leaks or makes unwanted noises.. (with summer coming and all that... Need cool interior!) Hope all OK bud otherwise..?

Why not just change the diaphragm? I just did mine (I'm in Australia and had to get the part from over your end) $60 compared to $800 for the housing.

@thepidmeisterthey do leak when the diaphragm fails, but £100 is cheap considering you get whole new seals and a filter I guess

What oil are you using bud , I’m running stage 2 map with all the hard were, I’ve been advised to use castrol edge 0w 40 , not the spec for the factory standard engine but better for a modified engine? Good video well shot could see everything clearly. Keep up the good work bud 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
