Quite getting into watching these because the show is so naff, and the interior design make overs are the worst piss poor tasteless shite i've ever seen. Laurence Lewellyn Bowen would be proud.

@@caribstu The annoying thing is, They only show the reruns of the worst idea episodes! The occassional episode makeovers that ACTUALLY looked like something an ordinary person might like to replicate in there own home were apparently deep shelved to never see the light of day again!

I enjoyed this show as a young kid in 2000 and late 90s. I think Changing Rooms was a pioneer in terms of reality TV make over shows. Now that Network Ten have announced a reboot iam quietly looking forward to this. this was the first time I knew of Peter Everitt he would later be on Ready Steady Cook on Ten as host before being replaced by Colin Lane.

That purple team is so rude!!! You called the carpenter lazy because he said something looked awful? And wouldnt work...gosh. grow up. Then they changed the entire plan for the table..without telling the designer.

🤢 sooo… get the designers to turn your rooms into the backdrop for an amateur theatrical production. Is this show a joke? And is the one homeowner seriously that rude and abrasive? Or is that just added for drama? The Aussie version is horrible.

Couldn't agree more. Imo both rooms were hideous. The purple team need to grow the hell up, their immaturity was embarrassing to watch.
