The minimum income normally required to sponsor someone for a spouse/partner visa will rise from £18,600 per year to £29,000 from 11 April 2024. It follows that if you sponsor/submit application for your spouse (husband, wife or partner) on or after 11 April 2024, you will need to meet the new increased income threshold. It doesn't matter, when you (the sponsor) were granted own status.
