Eddie is young. The people seen in the videos are also young. He is a runner who relishes the lessons learned by that activity that one can only appreciate if you have done it long enough that it grabs you so you don’t want to let it go. My point….Eddie is insightful and incredibly mature in what he perceives and presents. But the impression of it being only for the young is deceptive. I’m in my 7th decade of living and learning. I’ve trained and run the distance of the marathons…..from So Fla to Boston. I’ve climbed the ladder of experience and growth in a demanding yet rewarding profession of practicing law. And even now at this stage of late years, with hopefully many more to come, his points and thoughts awaken an attitude and appreciation for the road traveled while creating excitement for the adventure that is there for each of us every day. 0:00

You know what, you're absolutely right! Changing the way we see ourselves can have a huge impact on our lives. It's all about embracing self-love and nurturing a positive relationship with ourselves. We should focus on our strengths and accomplishments, and not be too hard on ourselves when we make mistakes. Remember, personal growth is a journey, and it's okay to have ups and downs along the way. So let's practice self-acceptance, celebrate our uniqueness, and continue working towards becoming the best version of ourselves. You've got this! 🌟

I do feel that its our divine right to deserve a fulfilling life. That is already in place the moment we were born, and cannot be erased. But i totally agree- despite deserving it as our divine right, we still need to achieve it, step by step, day by day. The deserving has always been there. Its the work on atfaining it that needs to be put in place.

2:23 marker. The moments I am able to watch you on the television and you go from my ear at work or in the morning to face to face and it is always ( I truly am not fangirling- I mean this.) a moment I feel it in my heart and stomach. It perfectly aligns with… everything. Maybe it sounds silly but … it is just the truth. I wish you understood, especially from those who have followed you years. More days than not too 😅😂 I appreciate you very much♥️

It's honestly sad how much I relate to the whole "fear of something to motivate myself" along with constantly apologizing for things. I still keep going, not always out of fear but sometimes more from hatred of who I am - and many times I've looked at that aspect, and many times I've deemed it something to keep. I don't think I'd be as motivated for something if that weren't there. I'd rather know I did my absolute best because I was scared of doing less, than have a slight chance of being relaxed because "I'm good enough" or "I did what I could". I don't know if I'll ever let that go, but I will say it's led to so much burn out and so much exhaustion. The whole apologize thing is something I've been actively battling for years now. I definitely use "thank you" in replace of "sorry" more often now, but it's still difficult. My spirit seems to like accountability for possible mistakes than ignorance over guaranteed mistakes. It's something I battle still to this day. I think I'm trying to learn the balance between them all. When to like who you are and be patient with where you're at - versus pushing yourself out of the strongest fuel imaginable. Finding a balance between holding myself accountable for mistakes I've committed versus giving myself grace for where I'm at. Anyway, thanks for the video! It's something I needed to hear! My light often dims with time making it harder to find the things I don't care to see. Not something negative in the least. It's just easy to ignore that which is uncomfortable to face. I also wanted to thank you because I often find myself inspired by your speeches and such in how I write. Thanks! Good video!

Mr. Eddie, like to thank you for the time you put into your videos you’re really good at it. Your stories are truly motivating, inspiring so much so I got myself into something and I don’t even know what I’m doing. I mean I know what I’m doing. I’m coherent and made a decision but it’s like I left the house without the map so I’m just winging it I guess my goal to lay the facts out true undeniable irrefutable data I guess I just hope it comes across enough peoples screens and they consider it I believe a World is at a in a pivotal point is good versus evil, dark versus light, like never before you, and being such a litigious society it really has me in exactly where I believe where it Painted me but now I pivot I have my own brush I’m filling in the color piecing together the puzzle commonly referred to as conspiracy or overlooked I’m exactly where I need to be. I’d like to ask for some advice on how to what was up to everyone else on the channel approach this horrible situation with much on the table and help anyone else going through similar things because for me, it’s been a nightmare. I try to keep an open mind and see from all perspectives and any perspective involving another person getting hurt being a child a female or a man it’s not right in my book I wouldn’t say I’m at a dead end, but I want to travel this train which is much wisdom and understanding as possible. Message me if you would … thank you again kind sir . Your opinion is invaluable to me. Have a great evening.

。✧*.。A life lesson。✧*.。: I've stopped listening to music that have toxic context; which have improved my life fr. Ppl don't really think about how much things we see and watch actually impact our thoughts and mood. Majority of the lyrics are negative and toxic (same goes with many TV-series/shows and movies). I hope this helps someone who’s stuck with toxic content. Toxic contents are good in the way that it can open our eyes and ears about what actually is toxic/bad/wrong - so we therefore can distance ourselves from toxicity. So observe, learn and act. Toxic things/people are just distractions... toxicity prevents us from being productive and growing as persons, so we need to replace these toxic patterns with healthy patterns: We need to respond and act the opposite of toxic (we need to respond and act with KINDNESS). Our purpose in life is to live and learn from our mistakes and therefore make this world better and SAFER. Peace and love.
