At times I allow myself to wander and get swept up into the ever pounding noise coming from all areas of our daily lives upon this planet. The traffic, the constant murmurings from people moving from place to place, in their place of work, big bold advertizements all around us, TV's, radios, children in playgrounds to name but a fewthings surrounding us daily. All that noise coming at us and then the boom, boom, boom of the constant running commentary that goes on inside my head. Suddenly, I get a reminder of where my focus should be and what it means to have the gift of life. Once I turn my focus within myself without fail I feel at peace, I am calmed by my own rythmn of life as it soothingly flows inside of me and like a wave it flows right through me washing away all my tensions and stilling my mind. I find myself bathing in the magnificent sound of silence and I am filled with gratitude and appreciationbecause, I am. Thank you so very, very, very much for constantly reminding me Prem Rawat. Your kindness and generosity of yourself is astounding
