Thank you for sharing. I dont believe some of your answers work. Managing a change is selling something to the organization. What I was looking for to see, is, people buy in is important and you cant get buy in unless you believe in the change yourself. then you can sell it to the rest of the organization.

I speak too much and can't pull the best behavioral examples on the spot. On the other hand, I'm charming, confident and clearly bring value. I killed the assignment, and I expect to hear good news next week 😏💗

The intend is great. But having insights of CBIS, interview technique. These are too subjective and generic answers. If you really wish to crack any interview be prepared with some examples l/case study of you past experience. Instead of making big promises, focus more on what you have done in the past (related to the asked question) to support your generic statement.

Because people are generally positive, they don't dis my channel and if you attract positivity, you get positivity back. If you attract negativity, that's what you'll have in your life. It's a well-known fact that if you try to help people, and you are nice to them, good things will come your way.
