If the API vendor is change then is their requirement of BMR revision and if then why. In the case we are also using the previous vendor in other batches so is their a need of BMR revision in this case. Please suggest!!

No need to revise BMR .

Yes it is required to revised the BMR if vendor name or code (SAP code) change and it is impacting to the bill of materials section. In addition to this Any introduction of the new vendor it should be go through CCF, Validation and stability to be performed. Variation to be submitted.
