It's true, you definitely have to adjust when owning a WOC. My Le Boy WOC is my smallest handbag & it took me some time to get used to the size. 5 months in, I'm so pleased with my choice! Hands down the most versatile bag I own!!! The fact that I can effortlessly wear it in both casual & formal settings makes this bag WORTH IT in my opinion. I love mine & would highly recommend 💕

I think the WOC would be more versatile and more useful if the chain was removeable :)

I recently purchased the woc in the black lambskin, gold hardware. I absolutely love it during my travel. Iphone 7 plus, passport, cash and credit cards including hotel key card fit perfectly in it. Only complaint is sometimes the strap could be a discomfort but after saying that it's less fussy( compared to other cross body bags) and enjoyed the sightseeing 😍

Thank you for this great review! I have a WOC and it is my go to bag for errands. I use it for travel because it is a nice size that can be packed as an extra bag easily. I also love the fact that it holds the essentials for tourist activities...phone, cash, cards, lip gloss, tissues, passport and keys! I feel comfortable taking it out in foreign cities and it allows you to have a special bag without looking like an easy target because you can hide it under a coat and hide the logo. I agree it's worth it!

I got the WOC thinking that it wouldn't work out for me, as I love a large handbag. But I gotta say that it became my go to bag whenever I have to go somewhere where I won't need to take a lot of stuff. And using it I realized that it fits a lot more than I first thought it would: lipstick, compact powder, phone, (large) car keys, sunglasses... And also the versatility of going from day to night easily.

Another great review! Love your in depth reviews Minnie! Now even I consider getting WOC. Im not much a fun of Chanel classic flap as it is not a bag for everyday use in my opinion. I prefer casual look, but WOC is not as "formal". Ps. But I do love mini flap square, but they always out of stock or not the colour I would go for!

Hey Minnie, great video as always! I got the Chanel Woc because of you and am so happy with it! It is such a beautiful piece and it elevates every outfit, no matter the occasion! Every time I go out into the city or for dinner or whatever I want to take it, but the only downside is that it does only fit very little..so for a whole day out and about it is just too small (for me anyway). But would also highly recommend this piece:)

Very informative !You always manage to share informative input and for that I'm a new subbie. Btw, are you a bit heavy on the chest ? Just want to know because I am a bit heavy on the chest and most of the time, cross body bags make me feel a liitle uncomfortable because of the strap or chain ( mostly if the chain is a little short ). I know the WOC has a generous length but is it still long enough when you do cross body ? Is it comfortable ? Also, can you do a video showing us if it fits a compact powder, lipstick and other stuffs ?

I just bought in HK a WOC caviar limited edition, chanel is engraved all over into the leather. In HK($16000= US$2048.71) is cheaper compared there in the US($2100). I enjoy watching your videos.

Hi Minnie - excellent 'worth it' video. My WOC served me so well as an every day wallet and occasional clutch for 6 years. My niece was delighted when I passed it on to her - and surprised at its good condition. The only thing that bugs me about the design is the zip to the 'secret compartment' - I don't think a zip is required and it causes such an indentation. Hope you are felling better 😘💕

I love my Chanel WOC as well when touring. FYI when in crowded places I carry it cross body then I wear my blazer or jacket over it so it's hidden inside. Pick pockets don't see that you are carrying a purse.

argh I have a delima and would love peoples opinions! I know that you cannot compare these 2 bags what so ever but I have a medium Gucci Dionysus and some has asked if I wanted to trade it for their chanel woc (both bags are basically new and come as a full set with receipt and everything) I am happy with my dionysus but it has got me thinking as I know the doc is a classic and will keep its value and I love chanel but I just have no idea what would you do? i have a few smaller evening bags no actual woes but like the louis vuitton louis and a few others similar and I also have a few bigger everyday bags so i don't think there is like "a whole" in my collection that with bag would fill it is more just down to preference so i am torn

Would you be able to do a full video discussing resale value for a variety of luxury brands? It would be good to know some specifics. Thanks!!😎

Any wear / tear esp between the flap of the chain rubbing against the top? I’ve seen preloved ones and the casing / caviar leather has worn down like scuff marks. I love woc. My fav design is the Gucci Dionysus woc, it just gets worn down between the chain and flap so I have to baby it a bit.

i am saving up for this baby for my bday next february for my first chanel!

I have the WOC in lambskin instead of caviar leather. Will the resale value of the lambskin be as equivalent to the caviar leather? I ask because lambskin tends to be more fragile. Also, my iPhone Xs Max fits perfectly into the bag as well!

If im buying it pre-loved and the bag is on its 6th year old, but condition is consider very good, will you recommend to go for it? I'm feeling skeptical because I am not sure how many years can chanel woc actually last.

Other points… You can stash the WOC in a tote while traveling so you can have the best of both worlds. Some people hate the snap button because it's a hassle trying to close it w one hand. Leave the double loop long and you have another shorter version when wearing it over your shoulder. Thanks for this video! How's your tummy?
