Thanks for getting this up so fast! I know it’s going to sell out, so I appreciate being able to strategize my purchase.

I've seen the berry duo and it's cute. Same with the Eye Sticks. They're cute but nothing special. Not to belabor the point, but when Chanel raised their prices this high, they raised the bar on customer expectations. I expect great formulas and innovation from a brand in this price range. These products don't meet either criteria. So hard pass. Thanks for the video. Hope you're having a good trip.💚

yes that's what I was expecting with the new 'collective'. and now the brand's recent firing o Virginie V... eek! At least they don't have a scandal yet, Dior being the latest offender :( :(

The green looks more fun but the blue looks more elegant on you. I guess it will depend on the outfit choice and occasion!

Mermaid Glow is very sparkly. I usually wear the Baumes under my blush, but Mermaid Glow looks better on my lips due to crazy amounts of sparkle, at least for my preferances.

I prefer the pinker shade and I think the lilac highlighter is really unique ❤

Hi Sophia! I minored in theatre in college and did a study on Mid Summers because I was confused too...The play opens with a dance around the May poll which is when the dandelions would be in bloom. The thing is... this was written in to appease the crown and the political anti-paganism occurring at the time to convert the rituals and traditions of Pagans towards Catholicism in Ireland and Christianity in England. The summer solstice was a large festival with bon fires at night which... was represented in the first part of the play during the May Poll celebration with couples jumping over the fire to promise fertility and a promise of a happy marriage in the future. The play's name though represents the summer solstice celebrating the longest day of the year and the Pagan festivities including magic, mushrooms, hallucinations and lucid dreams. The writing is back and forth on purpose as viewers at the time understood that they were talking about Paganism but politically discussing May/Spring to appease the crown who often had private viewings of Shakespeare's documented plays.

From these eyeshadow sticks, i want the purple one absolutely, with my more hazel/khaki green eyes, further, i do not know yet. It's not yet in The Netherlands here and still so much makeup! For me, it's too many releases in a year and not only from Chanel, it's just a waste for our planet to declutter and declutter, being not a KZreadr, not an MUA but another consumer/makeup lover, i first want to look to what i already have! What i loved? Maybe i already told, but besides my Chantecaille and Barbara Sturm skincare i use now in the morning some Bioeffect skincare from Iceland since half a year now, i think, it's soft and good!!! It is a unusual mid summer collection. Why not? I like the berry blush, purple, pink, blue eyestick. They are expensive though. I will get only onr: the blue Sofia I am so happy you started with the close up application. It makes a huge difference. On you I liken the blue angelic eyestick, blush and both baume stick (only with ponnytails, hairdo otherwise hair do stick to them, I don't like it).

I like that the blush is slightly glowy, I’ll probably end up with both, I just needed to know the highlighter portion isn’t a glitter bomb. I am SUPER bummed the eye sticks are so glittery, I may just try that pinkie beige brown one.

I have the winter LB coral and the fall equinox coral but I think I might pick this one up too idk about the pink one the highlight is like a shift almost duo chrome type and I don't love that if it was a soft pink that didn't shift I would probably get both . I don't plan on getting the eye shadow sticks I don't love any of the colors for me . Idk about the balm ess , I haven't tried them but idk if I would love the stickiness

Thanks for the review Sofia. There are actually 4 permanent Stylo Ombre et Contour Eye sticks - currently just 4 on the web site, but there have been other LE neutrals in the past. There was a burgundy, a grey and a khaki iirc. None were glitterfests so that's a bummer that these are. I originally wanted the pink buit after seeing glittery swatches it'll be a skip. I ordered the violet so my fingers are crossed on that one.

@@SofiaSeesBeauty Yep, the purple is still WAY too glittery. What was Chanel thinking? Neon Dahlia is such a beautiful color but it’s ruined by all that glitter.

I really like the coral blush/highlighter duo, but I wonder how similar it is to the coral blush shades in the light and medium coral Les Beiges Healthy Glow palettes, which I already own. I was leaning towards the pink duo, so I’m looking forward to seeing that one on you when you get it.

This is more of a peach vs a coral I would say. It’s more orange

The BOY line has eyeliners like those but they stay put, they aren’t kohl. They come in navy, black and a really nice brown that isn’t super warm. Have a great holiday/wedding in Italy 🍋🍋🍋🍋

Hi @Sofia 😊 Not surprisingly this collection is not available at all in Aus yet which is good bc I was totally planning to get the berry duo and the blue & purple eye pencils. However I’m now going to pass on everything after seeing your review and Charlotte Holdcroft’s review of this collection. I’m not a big highlighter fan in general (I have Reve de camellia, Symboles de Chanel in rose gold and Hermes’ rose atacama so that’s more than enough highlighter for my lifetime!!!). The highlighters in these new duos are just not for me. I have the coral and mauve winter glow blushes and the blushes in the duos are too similar to these to justify buying the duos when I don’t care for the highlighters AND I expect them to be AUD110. To pay the very high prices for Chanel makeup these days I need to be wowed with something different to what I already have. I will also pass on these new Chanel eyeshadow pencils now after seeing your review and enjoy all the VBB pencils I have instead. Thanks as always for giving us all the latest beauty info and thorough, honest reviews - I really enjoy your videos, your enthusiasm and positivity is just a lovely ray of sunshine in my day ☀️
