I don’t know if it adds value, but it will definitely help with getting it sold sooner rather than later, which, ultimately, adds to the value in the sense that time Is money.

I really want this, I was so sad when I heard they discontinued caviar for this bag. But I’m still saving up for this bag. Originally I wanted to purchase the classic flap bag but if you have seen the new price I don’t think I’ll be purchasing that one😂❤

I stalked cocoapproved.com/collections/chanel and contacted them on IG once I found mine. I just checked and they currently still have 1 mini square in black lambskin with light gold hardware and 1 vintage mini square in black lambskin with 24k coated gold hardware available at the moment.

What's your lipstick?

Sally, did they mark the bag as a “gift”? I want to buy a Chanel mini square too (I’m also in Australia) so curious about not getting stung for extra tax/duties.

I found out that the seller I bought from take care of the customs/duties themselves for the countries they have an office in (includes Australia) so that’s not a worry. Phew! Not sure about other overseas sellers though.

I didn't, I found out after I'd already bought the bag that the seller I bought from takes care of tax and duty on their end! Not sure if all sellers do that though.

I didn't have to pay any. I looked it up just then and I think technically there is an import fee and tax if it's marked or assessed to be over AUD$1k value and gets pulled by customs. There was no value written on my package. Hope that helps!

That's definitely one of the considerations, I would've been willing to spend a bit more on caviar since they stopped production in 2018 so availability is not the same but I couldn't find any for sale and got too excited/impatient + fell in love with the lambskin!
