I've been trying to analyze what makes "your" routine/makeup choices end up consistently so beautiful. I think the major factor (vs what others/I might do) is the subtlety/light hand in your application. Your new hairstyle has upped your game also :) Therefore my goals: a new set of makeup brushes, and a lighter hand :) That's where I will start... Michele I love your videos!

Because this is more like the Asian way, a soft wash of color. When I watch people like Tati I keep thinking in my mind ‘that’s American makeup’, just use way too much product, especially liquid products like foundation, concealer and contour, I am so stunned when I watch, it doesn’t make any sense to pile on large amount of products! Although Michele is American, but her approach and application are more prone to the Asian way

I have this feeling it was purposely kept out :-( read the comments most of commenters already have a "biased opinion" based off another gurus review. What would be the point i would think especially if you have a completely different one it may be drama ? Just the other day another guru reviewed it ( its jackeline ) and boy her comments blew up with ( mel hates it etc) i kinda feel is disrespectful. I mean Clearly one is watching x guru because we trust them. I watch all of them and value their opinions.

Michelle you look so beautiful. I love how you embrace your white hair, i love it! I have the tan de soleil and I love it but now that it has coconut oil, I’m scared that it will make me break out. Why do they keep reformulating amazing things instead of just bringing out more shades!?!?!

I would say save your coin for a product that is worth it! Change in formula for the worst... dont give Chanel the satisfaction when they can’t be bothered to give us good ingredients or a decent color range. Love this look on you Michele, sleeves and all! 👌🏽👏🏽

Heather N Abby Bliss White and Erin Nicole both prefer the new formulation (as do I). I think it will come down to skin tone and texture. If you found the old formula a little too muddy or dry you might really like the new one.

Heather N i feel like it is not fair that people would based their opinion from just one person. It is so new that I think people should wait and hear more reviews about the product. I'm in tears over the bronzer. This is not the same formula. Coconut oil?? Nooooo... My face will break out. I used my old one. I should have never thrown it away. But I was going to get a new one. There was some left in there I want to wear it for my wedding. I called Channel and they said they no longer carry the original bronzer. Whyyyyy???? Whyyyyy????

I have the Tom Ford shade and illuminator. It's nice. It's not the Channel bronzer. It's a bit more grayish... I still like it. But this channel bronzer was just so oooooo perfect.

Great video thank you! I do have the original Soleil tan and love it! I’ve watched Mel and Erin Nicole both have different opinions which I respect, I love them both. I’m not going to be purchasing the new one because like you I have quite a lot of the old formula. A little afraid putting co on my skin with the new formulation so there is that as well. I agree it’s not dark enough to use it as a bronzer I layer it under my foundation where I want to contour and bronze then I put IL makiage mineral baked bronzer (Andreaa Ali’s recommendation). Thank you I enjoy all your videos the bronzing powders and eye palettes look wonderful 😊 💕

The liquid bronzer is the same color, they just repackaged it and made it part of the Les beiges line. Same happened with the cream bronzer, basically they got rid of the Soleil tan line and merged the products into Les Beiges which is the “all about natural healthy glow/sun kissed look” and the gloss you got “Physical” is already part of the permanent line. The luminous powders are amazing.

I know a lot of us would love your comparison of the new Chanel Bronzer. Abby Bliss White and Erin Nicol both loved it. There are more people than not that don't have a reaction to coconut oil plus believe combo, normal and drier skins would appreciate that ingredient. Can't go on just one influencers recommendation due to them breaking out with coconut oil.

I don't think you should buy the new bronzer if you don't need it. I saw Mel Thompson's review and it sounds like they made a cheaper formula at the same price when they said they weren't going to change the formula at all. Seems shady to me...

Don't buy it. No reason to over consume when we are already familiar with the product. I will pick up the eyeshadow palette. I enjoy the light and medium versions, although not the deep. Thanks for posting!🧡

I think there are a lot of videos out there about the old vs new bronzer. If you're also not able to use up your existing one, I don't think it's wise to get another. Thank you for this video! The illuminating powders look gorgeous though - I'm thinking of getting either these or the By Terry palette - I have to think some more (pretty easy because of this lockdown!)

Both Erin Nicole and Mel Thompson did very thorough reviews on the reformulated Soleil so I don't think I need another. I bought last year's based on your recommendation and I still have enough to last eons. I bought the 9 pan Nude palette by Chanel last spring, so again I'm covered, but I like the fact they are improving their pigmentation. This is a lovely summer look on you. Thanks for the video. I have 2 Chanel healthy glow powder. One N25 and other N60 I bought by mistake but even though it's very very dark in the pan it dosent come off on the brush or on my skin, it literally doesn't do anything. I just use it as a compact now

Michele, I have the Sunkissed Glow and I have used it both ways. I love the illuminating powder in Sunset.: Not to sure about Sand, but Michele you just convinced me to buy it. HI Michele I ordered the Chanel VITALUMIERE AQUA TENT PARFAIT,SUNSCREEN MAEKUP and it came yesterday, IT wash;t what I expected it to be, it looked like a sample size, not the size you have. I was quite surprised when I opened the box. The eyeshadow came full size (love the way they package it). But, the eyeshadow seemed quite small, and the Chanel Foundation was very small (almost like a sample size). I love all of it, maybe when I ordered it, I didn’t realized what i was ordering, or maybe that’s how the taint Foundation comes. It’s fine, I’m just wondering if if missed the sizes and maybe I just saw the price and ordered it. But, I do love everything from Chanel that I received for my Birthday Yesterday! Yeah I would love to see another opinion on the soleil bronzer cream I mean everyone different it's a good thing to have many reviews on a product!! I mean makeup is not a one size fits all lmbo imagine that if we all were like that we wouldnt need anyone to review anything!! Michele I'd appreciate ur review for sure, I missed out on the original and on the fence about the new one. Idk for sure if my skin will take the coconut oil or not I have combination skin. I also appreciated Mels review and was bummed bc I had ordered the original and it went to back ordered and now they say possibly can't get it from their vendor.
