I literally just unboxed my Jumbo 10 minutes ago! Instantly in love!!! Definitely my favorite design house 💞

Chanel is gorgeous but I don’t think I’ll be making anymore purchases. The prices are just simply outrageous. For me ... no purse is worth several months of mortgage payments. I bought my medium classic flap 2 yrs ago and felt crazy for paying what I paid. The price now makes my eyes water. Lol! A friend of mine has the jumbo in black caviar and it does hold a lot more like you say. My medium flap better suits my small frame & body. Chanel has a 5% price increase taking affect on November 15. So if you want a Chanel piece & you’re reading this .... You have a month to get in there & get it before it goes up even more! Great comparison video! I prefer the medium/large because I’m very petite and it better suites my body type. I do find myself exclusively wearing it at night, and I wish that the double strap was a little longer so that it could effortlessly be worn as a crossbody bag.

Binging on your videos as I love Chanel. I really love the gold hardware on the vintage Chanel bags. I got my first one in Oct last year. I guess they will be hard to get for decent prices now with the crazy price increases. Love Both. The jumbo obviously looks newer:)

I absolutely agree about going to the boutique and trying the bags. I planned on buying the M/L but when I tried it in the store, it looked tiny on my body frame compared to the jumbo. The jumbo looked perfect on my silhouette. I intend on buying only one Chanel bag (well for now..hehe) which is why I thought of getting a bag which really makes my heart sing and looks good on me. The jumbo did that or me. Great review Kaylan!

This was a great review and like you I love lambskin. My favorite bag is the medium/large, gold hardwear, lambskin classic flap, as it works day/night. My 2nd favorite is the jumbo, distresed leather, silver hardwear reissue. Its the perfect size and can cross body. It also works day and night. Great advice to go in store as I went for the classic flap jumbo and ended up buying the reissue jumbo as it worked better for my frame and lifestyle.

I plan on purchasing both, one in Black w/gold hardware and one Beige w/gold hardware. It doesn't matter which one first as I'm only hoping my Chanel store has a jumbo when I go to purchase. I'm 5'8" and size 10/12 so I'm a lover of large bags! I'm surprised I haven't purchased one already but I took a break from luxury retail. You're one of the ladies ushering me back to luxury purchases!

Definitely contact an SA within your boutique to see if they have stock before the Nov 15th price increase. I live in Michigan (classics are VERY limited within our Saks and NM) and had my SA order one for me before the May increase this year. I paid $6400 for my jumbo instead of $7100 and that saved me $700 before tax!

Yes I agree I love the look of the lambskin... I had the jumbo in caviar and it looked so dull and boring... lol the lambskin is more luxurious imo❤️
