I did not expect this to be THAT good because live performances are usually nerve-wracking and the audio doesn't transmit well. What a beautiful performance, possibly the best live performance I've ever heard on this show. Chance working with the artists from his team despite them not being in the competition just heightens my respect for him so much. Their voices were phenomenal!!

What a talent Chance is, singer, arranger, musician, producer, all in this compact package. The biggest surprise this season.

I actually whole heartedly agree. There have been awesome, great, moving etc performances but this performance had its own voice that transcended the other best of the bests. Chance really was a revelation in such a positive way. I think he :Ted Lasso-ed" us.

Chance the Rapper is such a pure soul. I lit up when I realized when invited his team members eliminated in the playoffs back. This song is incredible and he, Kala, Jamar, and Manasseh did so well ❤

If timeline is your only basis then yes he started earlier than Rod Wave. But, in my opinion (and yes you are entitled to yours), they are not even close to each other in terms of lyricism, musical arrangement, production, word play, and singing abilities. It depends on which type of Chance the rapper fan you are. If you've been a fan since 10-day, then you will agree with me. You might not agree if you only jumped after Coloring Book or Wedding Day.

I love Team Chance this season! Sorelle are such a unique talent. Ray’s performance in the Playoffs was magical. But Kala had a mesmerizing performance in the Playoffs too. I really wish Kala would’ve been a wildcard this week. 😢 And Manasseh is a powerhouse. I hope all of them become successful artists.

You can tell Chance had a lot of say in the production of this performance. Showcasing the eliminated contestants was an awesome choice, both for the performance and damn you know it meant a lot to those three. So awesome

Petition to keep Chance he is very talented to let go. He made most of the best arrangement I heard since then. It is his first time, let just hope next time, he knows how to weigh between his vision below the possibility of winning. I really got dumbfounded of him turning solely for other artists that later he prove to be magnificent talents.

@@benkreuzmusic it’s okay to root for Kala but is it really necessary to hate ray? What did he do? He didn’t do anything. Chance said that his team is stacked and he couldn’t go wrong with any of them. Kala did well. Ray did well too. Move on.

This was incredible. 1 of the only 2 performances of the season that I have turned into an mp3 file.

This was so cool to watch after catching the rehearsal clips. Having the choir style harmony break into each of their district styles at the end was a clever approach, mirroring the message of the song.

That was a fantastic performance from everyone here! Excellent harmonies. PERFECTION!
