    if by us you mean GB/NI, I'm so pleased she's back to form. She was thrilling when I saw her win in 2019 running that 22.42 /200m for best under 18 ALL TIME

    well done GB...now lol...being the tradionalist that I am just dont know why the women are dolling up with false eye lashes..back in the day no one would do such a thing....Lillian Board - never. Mary Rand - never. Ann Paker - never..not a bloody fashion show or dating app...get the togs on and run...lordy.

    Germany missed the last passing of the baton ! The last runner failed, perhaps started too early ! Everyone noticed that the third runner yelled her ... but nothing could change ! What a stupid team, and most of all this last German runner seems not to have understood she crashed her team ! But she did ! They should have been second or win !

    @@jidea.4367 I Told the main problem was not the error during the race, but the way she extended it and imposed her attitude to everyone. Nothing worthy in it but really regrettable. It is up to you to deny it.

    Not really. If you’re good at sprinting, you’re good at sprinting! Doesn’t matter what colour your skin is. White people can be good sprinters too.

    The 3rd GB runner with the specs had her receiving arm too high. This delayed the changeover and she lost ground. We were lucky to win, well done team.
