Note 100% sure, video is a few years olds. I would be guessing July or August. It's defiantly a summer technique.

What angle to the water, like how high the rod tip is to the air do you do when trolling cranks? And then what about when trolling bottom bouncers??

Tough one to answer. If you have a big spread with multiple rods you have to fan them out so lines don't tangle. If your doing 1 or 2 rods 30° to 45° is good. Depending how far back or how deep your fishing your line will curve (make a arch) and everything evens out under water no matter how your rod tip is in the boat.

Yeah we one use two rods, one of each side.. so put the both at the water at a 45 degree angle straight out ?

Yes that would work fine. Does not need to be perfect. I feel putting rod tip to low to the water creates more snags in rocks; specially in shallow water. Deep water it does not matter angle of your rod because line will bow underwater and even everything out.

Leader can vary based off water clarity. Fireline is 1st choice. 15 foot is a good leader sizes for deep water. You can use a small swivel that fits through your eye guides for best results . For more information about lead core check out this link thenextbite.tv/page/2/?s=lead+core.
