Idk he had solid setups but to say the most patient, lethal and surgical subs on the scene??? You reaching I don’t see all that. When the gaps were closed he just would block or do D3 and with the gaps jade boomerang to his string sets ups honestly it seem predictable especially when I saw him try a few times in a row. Am I missing something you already know he was only half decent because of khameleon and her array of options in all situations let’s be honest. Thats why the real tourney player swept him. He never armored slide the none of his fights to stop some of the pressure but would blow his whole bar for a breaker. Why not armor slide???

@@yungmeldrumswag4221 Armor slide is one of a sub mains most reactable and worst move to do. You can only get away with it once, after that it's not worth it. Especially since depending on the kameo he'd have there'd be nothing going through. This is definitely the most patient Sub-Zero because the whole name of the game with sub if you main him is that you CAN'T make any sort of mistakes. Almost all of sub's kit is punishable so you can't afford to be stupid. This Sub here played it out very well, now yeah he did lose to the real tourney player. But he had a better run compared to most of the other people here like cale that had to rely on meta tier characters.

All the respect in the world to Can't Stop Da Train. That man and his Sub-Zero had me sweating. He deserved his spot in the Grand Finals. Destroyer! Can you find us a Double Scorpion player as saucy as Train's Double Sub-Zero?

Peacemaker needs to be nerfed. He has the absolute worst gameplay of all fighting games ever.

i think a proper peacemaker nerf would be to give all his helmet abilities cooldowns the same way Eaglys cooldown works. and make it so the ammo for his pistols function the same way it did for Erron Black in mk11 (having a set amount of bullets in a magazine and then having to reload when youre out of ammo) or maybe im just a stoopididiot idk

Pretty interesting concept ngl. Turning him into the master of arms like character which requires you to manage your tools in arsenal to get an edge. Then he’s a very interesting character to be played and watched. Brain dead becomes a char that requires the decent amount of dedication. Imagine he has a cooldown icon like a moba character, pretty unique.

Respect to can't stop the train. He is a great player.

This by far the best commentary team in MK1 right now

If Subzero is high tier in the next Mk, Train will be really tough to beat…

Man, cantstopthetrain is my favorite mk1 one now! He brings fire in these top8 matches with his Sub-zero

buff ideas, spread the word Havoc: He needs at least five new attack strings, he needs his legacy move that titan havoc has were he takes off his head and rolls it but its a mid, has the same affect as reptiles acid ball, and also hits mid exploding on contact. he also needs another one of his legacy moves that again titan havoc has where he bends his hole body for a low projectile and the amp of that can be a knock down allowing for combo extentions for cameos like scorpion Sub-zero: he needs his attack strings made slightly faster except for his overhead, he also needs 1 or 2 new attack string launchers, both his regular and amp iceball needs to be faster to not only be able to combo with it off of normal attack strings but in juggle combos too. He should have the ability to throw his ice clone, i also think he should have his ice burst special back with the same proporties as mkx to compliment his ice clone(but just does not send you that far away). lastly he needs some of his damage scailing off ground freeze. Scorpion: should be buffed by making his amp ground tp a launcher again and make the cancel built in to both his regular and amp tp. buff the amp hellfire move by removing the damage over time and making it function like how it does in mkx allowing him to combo after hitting it. he needs new strings some mix ups(i personally want his mkx overhead back). some moves need to be sped up Quan shi: needs his mind control move from mkx back, and make half his attack strings faster. and finally his low tentacle needs to be one bar Raiden: change raiden's b2 back to the mkx launcher but make it as slow as sub'z b2. give him back his vicinity blast move back with the same properties as mkx. Give him back his mkx amp lightning projectile back for combo extentions but have his regular fully charged move have the same proportys as the amp. he also needs to be buffed by making his amp electrocute special launch no matter how many bars he uses liu kang: for starters nerf his f4 one button pressure but give him his 113 mkx launcher back along with maybe 2 or 3 more new attack strings to make up for his pressure and to make it less braindead. make his low fireball slightly faster, change his air fireball to the mkx fireball and the amp the one we have now. give him back his mk 11 dragon parry, and finally make his fatal blow start up 2 hits but the first one restands kung lao: nerf tf out of his wake up special by making it unsafe af on block. give him back his mkx or 9 spin back but have it have work the same as mk11 so he can use it more than two times in a combo. swap his dive kick now for a mix between his mkx or 9 dive kick. he needs his mkx tp, and his low hat back, but nerf his mix up buttion's he has now by making the overhead follow up slightly slower. give him his mk11 21212 attack string and his mkx 44 launcher attack string back. and also he needs his hat spin. Nitara: buff her by making her command dash like homelander so for instance all of her normal attack strings that leaves her in the air cost no bar anymore to command dash and it cost no bar when she is in the air command dashing for combos but the next one after that does. and also make fer overhead that leaver her in the air slightly faster. lastly give her back her legacy projectile move back. y'all stay tune i got more heat for every character

Great ideas there, especially for Havik, fighting the Titan Havik boss was frustrating because he has all these moves regular Havik doesn't have, they are already animated and in the game. Just add them to regular Havik in the next patch and that would be great.

You had me until Quan chi buffs that character does not 1 bar launching mixups or any more frame data buffs he’s good as is. Also lui kang and kung Lao buffs are nasty work they do not need more tools they’re crazy as is. It’s also very obvious they aren’t trying have kameo and main roster moves overlap so the kung Lao spin and low hat are not gonna be here this game with a very high degree of certainty. Raiden buffs are also questionable but the rest is aight

@@yungmeldrumswag4221 You just have to tap sento once and he's disabled for a bit, if you get caught by a kenshi's mix that's bad yeah. But other than that sento is not providing much outside of chip damage, if you know how to block properly.

@@DondonII I’m hip the chip damage in this game does more than combos do sometimes it just doesn’t make sense for it to be so easy to sento the reward is too high and execution is really low. It’s almost a easy win. I block and jab out majority of the time but every now and then I do get caught and it’s 1 of the most annoying aspects of the game why does kenshi have sento and a kameo come on Nrs 😒😒

1:48:52 shows unjust had more life yet Cale won... starting with more or less than max shouldn't matter, should be whoever has more hp not who lost more overall. Makes using a kameo that takes life a stupid negative.
