I love this band, her voice is so good and the guitar sound is sparkling! I was looking up online the similar young dream pop style French artists but I couldn’t find any. Sad.

It is the short version of the official name of a festival in France named "Les Rencontres Transmusicales". It doesn't mean anything, "trans" is probably for "transport", "rencontres" is meeting or gathering. My personnal translation would be Uplifting Music Gathering, but it is my interpretation

French native speaker here, Trans Musicales is kind of a wordplay with "transversales" in french, so I think it is meant to represent all the genres of music and amazing artists that perform at this festival. Les Trans is just an abridged version of the name.
