Episode 7 of our “Championing Great-Hearted Texas Leaders'' series features Headmaster Dena Franco of Great Hearts Arlington Upper School.
Mrs. Franco's journey with Great Hearts began with a profound desire for her children and family to experience a classical education that nurtures not only the intellect but also the heart. Her initial encounter with our philosophy was during the founding year at Great Hearts Lakeside where her son started his own Great Hearts journey. She was inspired to pursue the Assistant Headmaster role at Great Hearts Arlington in 2021. Since the beginning of this school year, she has proudly served as Headmaster, overseeing the education of students in grades six through 10.
