In this video I am explaining the differences in between Prosecco and Champagne.
Prosecco is produce by tank method which Champagne is produce by traditional method.
There are other differences such permitted grape varieties and aging requirement.
Please note that Vintage Champagne is aged for a minimum of 36 months, not 30 as I mention on the video 👍

Once you open a bottle does it need to all be drank right away? Will it go flat if you don’t...

Hi Karen. Thank you for your comment. Regarding to your question, really depends. Some oxidiszed wines such as Sherry or Tawny Port can be keept in the bottle for a few weeks as they been already oxidised during the wine making process, however don't forget to put back the cork. Some fully bodied red wines such Barolo, Amarone or Vintage Ports taste even better the day after. Any other wines can keep in the fridge for up to 3 days, but again don't forget to put the cork back. I hope this helps
Good vid. The music inbetween is unecessary tho

Hi Joel, Many thanks for watching and your comment. You are 100% right. This is one of my oldest videos, and at that time, I had no microphone, and I was using a different editing program. I need to rerecord this video at some point. All the best
