@Kay Cooper if you add a little shadow on your inner waterline over the liner it will help to lock it in..

Well, Rina ilazi, thank you for your response, To my comment. But as of yet, no response from An Knook as of yet! I am wondering where she gets her techniques. I wonder if she attended classes, or if she is a true artist, she appears to be an artist of true nature! I love her make up creations ! I can not figure her accent out either.
