You are very badly hit by sibling and peer pressure… not necessary every one do stuff in life to raise a family is also a task in itself… don’t get intimidated by any one … you hv s as long way to go … you think your kids can take care of themselves … they need you till they are out in college… your younger one is too small just take care of them they not yet there… you need a proper counselling… go see a phychetrist and take proper medication it’s mid age crisis this worthlessness willl only go away only with medicines … genuine advice
