This is next level. I love it. All questions answered except maybe build a rotor and caliper set up to hook up to the back of the transmission, and to that brake pedal. Then you could put it in gear to show that it at least goes forward and backwards. Engine definitely runs but what about the transmission?? Just a thought.

The people that know this setups purpose just knows. Good promo if you ask me, as far as the trans goes it’s the standard (factory) ZF-8 speed in this photo and would be TR-6060 on the manual if that was pictured.

Who said its salvage? 99% are just stolen. Its RARE to see one at auction wrecked with running gear. Its common to see 50+ a week at auction with these parts removed. Detroit, cleveland, and atlanta are the hotspots for these empty carcasses

This reminds me of when I built my 427 engine in my livingroom of my new house. All the witnesses are passed on now, but this was in 1979, the Block was Aluminum, so were the heads, I carried them inside by myself but taking it out of the house was different, lol.

I’m crying right now. Not only is the engineering just gorgeous, not only is the sound glamorous, it’s juxtaposed against a literal frame made of plywood. The funniest most 2023 scene. It’s so easy to turn this video into a world class meme. Please tell me you’re going to put wheels on it and drive it to the dmv 😭

I'm not a dodge fan either, but I've definitely driven their cars and honestly. It's pretty fun in straights while just hearing the V8 is like music to my hears coming from a JDM guy. I would've considered one if they weren't always commonly stolen and not be such a heavy boat of car.

I love it, buy it and drop it into anything couldn't be simpler although getting that cluster to have no alerts of any kind might need to be tuned out if possible to tune out each alert. Aftermarket ecu might be the way to go and get rid of the factory cluster and get an aftermarket cluster that the aftermarket ECU can work with. Maybe you should do that to one of your pallet kits so that they can truly drop into anything and adapt with it lol.

This is amazing. I have seen people do this with Japanese cars with what they call "front cuts", they can often be run to demo. They never really seem to be crashed cars, in Japan they seem to chop perfectly good cars in half and sell the front to export. LOL
