For cooldown timers: OmniCC For cast bars: ECB (E Casting Bar)

I usually Evocate and then pop my CD's. I rushed and pop all cooldowns first. I tried not to lose any seconds from them, and I wanted to Alter Time them and Evocate. But evocate did not finish after Alter Time ended. So the fail was the 0.5 sec at the end of Alter Time. Anyway, I did not lose any CD's, as Alter Time "reseted" them.
