Challenge Accepted Part 2 | Who's The Better Spooner?
Well it's better late than never I suppose! I ran into a ton of challenges on this one, completely unrelated to the actual challenge! Using a phone as your primary recording device is convenient, but not without limitations. I have been struggling with storage while recording in 4k, battery drain on an older phone, and forgetting to do a mic check before getting over an hour of footage recorded with no sound!

I like the focus on the bear awareness sign right after the clip of the bears. They are out and about, be safe out there!

Great recovery on the video. I find the worst tech challenges are always discovered weeks after when when I’m editing and there’s no way I can go back and fix the footage.

Do you have anything in mind or should I think up something fun? Remind me again where you're located so that I have a rough idea of what you've got around you. I think this is a great way to grow our channels, skills, and knowledge!

@@blacksprucesurvival Norway so pretty similar with some few exceptions like cedar/willow/flint (not common here) i just made my first vid im probably going to post tomorrow, so its gonna be a learning curve for me. but im down to try any challenge, overnight/survival/cooking/crafts/carving/fishing/foraging. challenge ideas: 1. Making a product from the nature with X amount of tools for exaple: pine tar/basket/mallet/cordage/jewelry etc.. with help from power tools or manmade products like paracord or sandpaper. 2. bring whatever you want out to the words and craft something, challenge ends when you get back home. so similar to challenge 1 but no limitation on tools and materials. does not have to be any of the ideas i mentioned, altso i will use captions and not show my face in the video :)

At first I wanted a long handle, but I decided to shorten it so that it would potentially fit in the pack better. That was my thought process anyway 😎
