I could be wrong, vaguely remember there was another of the Photograph ident with Jim Bowen

Could have sworn I've seen a version of the 2016 idents with Gladiators being a featured gameshow on it

The 2013 idents look so cool with the "Challengers" the 2016-present idents look kinda cool but the logo is pretty boring cause it's just a "c" with the word "challenge" inside it, they need a new logo while keeping the idents and bringing back the shows they used to air in the early 2010s

Tbh, challenge reminds me of game show network but with a twist. Why can't our channel in the states be more like this beautiful ident?

I don't usually watch normal TV because I just feel streaming services are the better option but I do enjoy watching challenge every now and then and I think the 2013 idents are ok but the 2016 idents are really good and tell you what the channel is about. What is your favourite game show on challenge mine is wheel of fortune

Great Idents

For me, the 2013 set sparked a little bit of personality back in the channel and the 2016 set were good but the shows that are depicted in the idents aren't shown on Challenge anymore. Over 50% of the programming is The Chase. I made a documentary on it on my channel if you wanted to have a look.

They're in need of updating, yeah. Two of the idents feature a show they no longer air (Countdown and Deal or No Deal) and the third is entirely obsolete as all three shows on that one are no longer shown. They're now the longest running Challenge idents ever at six years and counting. The original logo lasted five years and all the others were two or three years.

Personally I think the slating of the 2013 idents is completely wrong - They were called "The Challengers" and were - Les Play - Kitty Price - Cecil The Geek - Buzzerhead - Ellie and Tiny I actually thought them set of idents was much better than the tosh they have now - Much like when UK Gold had the iconic "Gold Bar" idents, which sadly did not last long, and have been replaced by rubbish now sadly

Tv freeview HD channels

Something about 2016 Version 2 always felt just slightly off to me. Maybe it's just me being a superfan of SASUKE/Ninja Warrior, but all the representations of obstacles almost feel... bootleg, I guess? Not *quite* how they look in any instance of the actual show. the Warped Wall comes closest being probably based off the version from tournaments 19-27. Also keeping in mind that they only ever aired the _original_ Ninja Warrior, it's weird to see some of these obstacles that appear to be from the American spinoff or other international versions, such as that curve of steps or the two obstacles to the left of the Warped Wall. And then the bottom panel is very much reminiscent of the international aesthetics, rather than SASUKE itself.
