I love how casual singers like Chaka and Gladys have become. They are at the level where their fans are there friends and they are just layed back and there to enjoy the music as well. I guess that is one of the perks of being a flawless veteran singer. Shoot, they have EARNED it.

the band is killin it, Andrew Gouche is a beast on the bass, in the pocket with chops great ideas got see this show front row center in S.F. Ca. when you see performers thats been doing their craft for a long time they were just having a blast on stage once their monitor mix was on point it was the best it's a wrap incredible experience for a live performance

I love the entire production Andrew Gouche put together. Freaking Awesome. HOWEVER!!!! HUGE HOWEVER!. It Chaka Kahn! She's ole School in that the production simply has to be dialed back to suit her comfort zone and even a bit of a lack of ability to assimilate. (Sorry) I felt her discomfort from the vert start. Again awesome musicianship and production. She just cant do her thing in that environment. I would have stayed almost entirely to the points from the actual album production with some sweetner.All time creating a comfort platform for the star!!!! And of course the seriously sultry funk punch required with Chaka.
