Though I am Bengali , I am a huge fan of Tibetan butter tea, love the texture and saltiness, it gives a kick.

I am from Siliguri in Darjeeling district We generally use Assam tea with some Darjeeling tea in together. And this mixture will give you a perfect strong flavour for making milk tea and the perfect Aroma of Darjeeling tea So I think you should try it.

Probably, we gotta make separate videos for chai and tea. Cause I'm a tea fan and would love all the various flavours of tea. Janta maf karegi na for not being a chai fan!

Tapioca is mainly a starch that is extracted from Cassava (a tuber crop). The blackish pearl you are talking about is actually tapioca pearl... It is similar to Sabudhdana in taste and texture but only differ in colour. I've studied a bit about this as I am a horticulturist
