Came in a wed bit late last night then I had a visitor,so missed you creating a new work of Ryan's art. Will need to watch this one before attempting that, gotta get more carving wood,my best wood is 3/5,thousand yr old. Black ,right the ways through it. Cracks and splitting stuff, only good for anything, not quite coal bug not quite wood. Beautiful when is carved the right way. Carve deeper.

@@RyanCookCarvin I understand I don’t blame you, but when you live in a place that doesn’t have that kind of wood available.
Great job. Do you ever go to Ridgeway PA?
Have ya ever logged for a living Ryan? My sons a arborist climber and topper. For a urban lumber tree trimming co he gets some dang nice wood every day. He slabs and sells it alot to much to carve himself. They actually carve a 3 d tree outa certain stumps in yards. Great side gig.

Hey Ryan this is Ed I watch your videos and as wondering when you use a template and you got round log and you put it on there does that make any difference or you need to flatten it What you know if you don't have much logged in the time you flatten it you got a whole lot less
Another great video... love the music.. who is the band?
Wow buddy!!!! That is out of this world!! How long did it take you when you were first starting out before you felt confident enough to sell your pieces and how long have you been carving for? Thanks so much!!

I always tried to sell no matter what. Even if it was not good right at the beginning but things didn’t really start selling till about three years after I started in carving. I also only had carving for an income I didn’t have any other options I just was all in from the start
Hey Ryan, If you're going to be doing installations over the next few months why dont you do some time lapses of them?
Amazing carving Ryan!! Where can I order an 8" bar?
Ryan great carving!! At what speed do you run your dremel 4300 at when carving your eyes?

Man how do ya handel all the saw gas fumes inside that shead. I always do my sawing outside. And my other questions is what do you do about bar oil. In the woods loggin we would use waste oil on the bars. Cant on a carving leaves black oil splatters every were?
