0:05 the font has way too little contrast making it hard to see Blue and green lights in the sky are cool 0:43 The camra should have exaggerated the pose more, the pose is hard to make out as his jacket blends into his jacket, the pose itself could have been more exaggerated or changed to a different pose 0:51 Why is there a wink here? Is it meant to show he's cocky? Why don't we see more of that? You have a very short time to introduce us to this character in your story, you need to play up who they are so people can know who they are. 0:54 flicking your mask down then instantly summoning a weapon isnt very realistic since 1 your hand wouldn't be in position to hold a axe 2 you'd hit yourself alot doing that 1:07 blocking instead of dodging characterizes nightmare as a bad fighter 1:09 the endersword is a stupid weapon that should never be with a character who doesn't just got around oneshoting fodder because it's ass to choreograph and bs when it doesn't one shot people it hits, but I blame rainimator not you for that 1:25 we never see the sword go back to rains back, very obvious use of teleportation. Would have been better if Rain just let go and it got sent flying 1:50 Nightmares eyes move way too much 2:06 Rain's reaction is great 2:16 Nightmare is really just stabbing himself with that axe. Should have gotten teleported away since we are given ample time to look at something else and nightmare isnt doing anything or has a use for it 2:18 Rain's form looks sick. I think you're great at character design 2:23 The rules of this ability are unclear. Why could nightmare paint on one area that didn't have the paint logo, but then had to pain on an area with it? Why does he he need to paint a logo that doesn't make him a monster? 2:25 most due to it's 2d nature, nightmare specter is very hard to see and greatly undermines his menacing pose 2:40 Why do we see nightmare knock rain 1 way them have him catch rain coming from a different direction? It breaks the 180 rule, gives us very little understanding of whats going on, and probably would have just looked better if we saw what cool powers were being used here to make this action work. 2:53 posing and exaggeration here is great, we really get to understand how much of a douch nightmare is being to rain here 3:09 lights going out to show he's dead is a really creative idea that is fun to watch I liked this one :)

Thank you for taking the time to analyze this!! I animated the part where Rain was chained/ his demon transformation, and it was interesting to see what you had to say about it. I'm glad you liked his reaction to Stella's death; I tried for a very grief-stricken posture there. I also agree that Nightmare's axe should've disappeared when he jumped back. I didn't think of it at the time xD.
