Why Chain Punch? Fitness
Chi Sau is a sensitivity drill for wing chun attacks. The foundation mottos say we want to maximixe both arms at once, and chain striking is the fastes way to do multiple methods in a short interval of time,....thus the use of the Chainpunch.
Here you will see clear chainpunching being used in a training set with the classical Wing CHun methods of Tan, Bong, and Fook from chi sau training sets as they result under load with chainpunching.
