I like to open or close rings ahead of time. That way I can assemble without distraction or likelihood of dropping the work and having to reorient it.

Lovely as always, Deb! Bet you could hang a wire-wrapped briolette or a teardrop bead off the bottom for some "bling"

That's very beautiful, Deb. Okay, I mean, I LOVE it! :D I'd love to see the Large Rings in AA, perhaps green for leaves, lavender for background flowers with the pink where they are. I look forward to your follow-up ideas, and am really pleased, that this One, doesn't require a 'jewell' in the centre, which I can't manage, yet, lol ;)

So I have a question, I want to do chain mail fastening on my cut off (leather waistcoat, I mean I want to replace the ribbon that goes down side of ribs attaching the leather) what is a thin but strong enough chainmail weave that could work for this?

Honestly I don't know. I would try maybe a Half Perisan 4in1 or maybe even a Byzantine. You want something dense so the tension is placed over several rings, not just one. Deb

As I'm American, I get so frustrated trying to translate into SWG rings. I want so badly to make some of these beautiful projects.
