Chail | dad's birthday, dhaba and mela fun!
Welcome back!
This is a really really fun vlog of an amazing amazing day in Chail, HP. We got so lucky that on my dad's birthday and Father's Day there was also the annual mela of Chail. We enjoyed wonderful dance performances along with local snacks and the kushti competition too!
We also had a chill late afternoon picnic after gorging ourselves with rajma and kadhi chawal at the local dhaba.

Watched one of your vlogs randomly and ended up binge watching quiet a few.Their is a lot of calmness and ‘therav’ in everything you do which is rarely seen in other vlogs.Calms down the viewer too😅

Delightful 😊 living an expat life in foreign parts, I am often nostalgic for "desi" cultural mores, practices, traditions. The typical Mela with the food and music and dances is really enlivening - the "Dangal" or "Kushti" a special bonus ! 😅

The Sharma dhaba is still open !? I went there when I was a kid …. Ate 12 chapatis with rajma and kadhi … still a very fond memory…. There is one more dhaba nearby on the hillside … they make food in pure desi ghee … ultimate foodgasm …

Hey Ida In you last vlog I told you that even my school had a trip I was shocked AF the moment i saw that clip where you were trecking 0:07 You won't believe, our entire gang went there along with our teachers to a shiv mandir I could notice the path you chose and it suddenly clicked and I remembered that all our friends were super tired Because woh poori khadi chadhayi thi of almost 4-6 km I genuinely loved the vlog ❤❤❤

Yeah, we were staying right next to the mandir- although 4-6km walk is too much with a gradient like that and I understand you guys were tired

You should visit Rajgarh ... A small town in Sirmaur district of Himachal. It's my home ..I would love to host u guys..It is about 20 km from Chail.
If you could share more about the places you visit...
In case you are still in HP try Himachali dham (Food) and also himachali food (Siddu) anyway great intro of video but don't go alone in Himachal forests
