Can i ask. How much of this should you use when you are making masala chai? The video does not state how much. I saw you place around half a tablespoon into the water. Great video btw :)

A personal recommendation is to add few fresh ginger peel for that added zing! Hope this helps 😊

I‘m English and I used 2 teaspoons of ginger powder to make the blend and added one black tea bag with one teaspoon of blend, tasted grrrrrreeeeeaaaat!

this is legit im srilankan and i approve. here are some general rules, 1.Never soak tea bags over night because the tea will become bitter, 2. use loose leaf tea, i use the ones from Ceylon aka Sri Lanka. 3. crush spices before use . using powdered is way better 4. if using fresh ginger it should be grated to very fine pieces. tea usually takes 15 minutes to make. and Technique Definitely matters trust me. if you have any questions feel free to ask.
