    Just did it for 35 minutes all in but my head. Damn that shit was something else. Good stuff on making it 50. I’m shredded now for my competition. Thanks for being the best video out here for this. This took off another 5 pounds of water after losing 15 already with sauna and water loading.

    Usually you do this in sets of 4 rounds for 15 minutes and 10 minutes out covered under thermal blanket and towels so you don’t have to suffer the whole hour IF you can’t handle an hour straight I go 20min in 10min out, I cut 10lbs just doing that it sucks but no weight cut is ever easy, this is the easiest way rather than old sku methods

    Also what chael did starting from a week out of a fight is drink a lot of water. Eventually working his way up to 2-3 gallons in a day a day before he started cutting weight because of the excess water his body was already trying to sweat it out before even trying to cut weight. So If you did that you’d probably get even more out of it.

    Awesome video. I've always know the recipe to only be one bag of salt and 1 bottle of green alchohol. I bet Bet Chael gave you double numbers because most people do the bath twice. But then again your tub is a lot bigger than most hotel bathtubs. So maybe it's not that far off. We are talking about Chael so maybe he does double the recipe. Lol. Great video. I'll sub that all day.

    That’s not entirely true. Although yes you dehydrate the body however. You do lose some fat in the process too. Big example, Look at Paddy pimblet for instance. Ol’ pal has an eating disorder. Cuts weight about 30lbs and looks like an anorexic. Just to go eat wet soaked sandwich subs afterwards from a fight with the Italians, get pizza, wings, the ball game hotdogs food, etc. And he repeats it again ofc

    @jonnywills115 күн бұрын

    Added food for thought: I just did 45 minutes with only epsom salt. No albolene or alcohol. Also i had a big lunch right before the bath so my belly probably has a ton of carbs holding onto water. Only lost 2.2 lbs (154lb to 151.8lb). Did this for testing purposes only. Didnt cut carbs or sodium for this, just did it randomly on a normal day. Will add the albolene and rubbing alcohol for this weekends competition.

    Update: Did it again but added more salt and albolene, didn't have rubbing alcohol. Empty stomach, after a 3 day water load, reduced sodium and reduced fiber, but still high carb diet week of. Lost 2.4 pounds in 25 minutes. 152 to 149.6. On weight for today's same day weigh in :) and I get to have a pancake lol Not as drastic as everyone else but I'm maintaining high glycogen levels so idk.

    Try the sauna instead bud the bath kills your legs I don’t know how chael would fight after the bath it always kills my legs and I get wayyyy to sucked out from it I like the sauna a lot more . The bath has to be at 104 degrees . Chael would suck a stupid amount of weight to fight at middleweight I promise he’s not lying . 8lbs in a hour isn’t even a lot for your first bath to be honest the more sucked out you get the harder it is, think of it like a sponge that’s soaking and each time you get in the bath you squeeze some water outta the sponge you are doing that to your body until the sponge is pretty much dry. The more muscle mass you have the more weight you can cut because the tissue dehydrate and rehydrate so much easier than fat tissue
