Not only will Conor now win but Mystic Chael has predicted DC to become a 2 weight world champion after he adds the 205 belt to his 206.2 at home.

I like mousasi and I don't like the fact that he went to bellator, but Chael's story made me remember how much I miss Rory in the UFC, he was legit my favourite fighter.

You can't "prepare" sinus problems. I've had sinus problems from a severe motorcycle accident and had three surgeries and six procedures on my sinuses. I can tell you that problems from that was 1000% worse than the more major surgeries to put my shattered pelvis back together or the other reconstructive surgeries to put my face back together. I was sick as a dog and bedridden for two weeks after one of my sinus surgeries. Far more problematic than my other major surgeries. Sinus problems effect your balance, vision, breathing, and everything else you can think of. I'm not justifying anything with Nunes, I just think people are underestimating her medical issues. Being cleared by a fight doctor means little here. She should have seen an ENT doctor. Her problems are far worse than having a broken arm or any other visible injury.

I left a comment couple days back and said Bellator said Gerard and Rory are excellent signings and since the take UFC has changed a lot 2017 .. they guys said that no great fights

I agree with Chael's point about forfeit clause. If a fighter weighs in, which is a day before the fight, and then pulls out within that 24 hour period and is cleared by the doctors (not just the commission clearance but a real medical examination), they should forfeit and the one that shows should get show and win money. I'm not dissing on Amanda Nunes, I'm sure something was truly off, but sinusitis has the unfortunate nature of being very severe in nature or very mild. And, if you watch the fight week interviews and even the day before interviews, she didn't sound congested, she was breathing through her nose with ease, no sniffling, and showed no clear signs of head pain. Severe sinusitis would have at least one of these traits, likely multiple. No idea why she pulled, but she should have done it sooner.

Ariel is like a therapist to fighters on the slide. They don't appear to be screaming 'weeeee!'

I'd like details on what Chael is making fun of with that kicking and forward pressure running gag, please. Obviously it seems to be something Ariel said but I wanna be fully in on the joke.

My god all these comments from this video haven't grasped the main point of Chael. He very much emphasizes that this is not a boxing vs mma fight, it's a boxing vs boxing fight. There isn't any way Connor wins this. As great as Tom brady is he can't enter the world of a MLB pitcher and be successful, even in the college programs. There's similarities in both sports because of accuracy and arm power, but the game plan and the size of ball is different. The same goes for this fight, Connor has a light amateur background, no more than 15 fights. Most boxers have over 100 fights of amateur before going pro, let alone the level of skill that grows exponentially. Fighting style and stance are totally different, as well the angles and gloves. I could go on forever but Connor is not going to learn how to beat a boxer let alone a master counterpuncher/defender in just 1 year, even if given 5 years. lool enjoy the circus but this is no more than a money grab, a couple of magicians leading you into a abyss.

Ariel must be crazy pickin'up fights with mma fighters since forever...diaz,jackson,chael,ortiz and the most violent one: DANA THE GOAT.

Chael pumped Gaethje for a good while when he was in WSOF. Chael is actually how I got turned onto Justin's fights. He's commenting on the fact that everybody is drooling over that performance even though it looked EXACTLY like all of Gaethje's fights. Insanely entertaining, but people are late to the hype train and bandwagoning. Kid deserves it for sure, but Ariel was gobbling the man's balls pretty hard.

Same, man. Love hearing the dude gab. He comes out with good concepts at times, but he always throws in that crazy hyperbole. But that's part of why I listen to what he says. The gonzo nature of it.

Damn Ariel goes in on that "did you know X had a son 2 weeks ago? Fatherhood is so great" and Chael had a stillborn kid like 3 months ago.... Chael got PISSED

Chael v Tito was a work. It was a going away present for Tito. I've watched both those guys for a looong time and thats not how that fight woulda gone down. It ended in a rear naked choke that was literally postured for and offered up by Chael, he even moves his own head out of the way so Tito can get his arm in. Chael probably got a lil extra cash, Tito got to go out on top. This is why Chael goes wide eyed and dodges talking about that Tito fight... same reason guys like Mark Coleman wouldn't talk about their throws, typically legit fighter takes a dive and is ashamed.
