Prior didn't catch it. How did he craft his defense to something that was only now noticed? Swing and a miss.

Prior is insane to even bring up an acquittal

If chad has 2 working brain cells, he would stop this and try a negotiation to take the DP off the table if he pleads guilty to everything. Now

John Prior tried to pull an elephant out of a hat, and he failed! John Prior might as just as well as throw his hands up in the air and say, "I give up!"

I bet he wanted to many times. It was like Chad did everything he could to get the death sentence.

How did they say JJ died on the eighth, but went back in there and amended it. Why 8? Because you're trying to fit dates with possibilities. No one to means anything like this. Unless they've charged him wrong, he needs to be found, not guilty. Guilty by association is not fair. And that's exactly what's going old

Prior probably thought they were going to drop the charge. I hope Chad didn't get his hopes up.

They aren’t so good at proofreading though! Chad almost got acquitted of JJ’s murder because of their stupid clerical error!

The prosecution and the judge took care of this is a fair and professional way. Whew! The judge noticed the problem, and I’ve been on pins and needles waiting for the motion to acquit on JJ to be denied.

Mr Prior all your babbling I pray will not help…. The poor victims no longer have a voice…. But that’s alright bcuz at the end of the day, it’s my prayer this foolishness stops… Mr Prior you only have this one case, whereas the State Attorney’s have more than one…. I’ll say it again, what about the Victim’s???? Where’s their Justice???? Thank You Judge Boyce
